      - Great benefits, free lunch, gym credit, fully covered health insurance - Culture is super inclusive and friendly. Co-founders walked you through management principles themselves on day one which is really impressive. We move fast with mutual support and great autonomy. You are empowered to do meaningful work! - Flexible WFH policy - It's a young and energetic team. Everyone is smart and driven. - Leadership team is very approachable

      Pros

      A company that truly cares about their people. Even when they have layoff cycles, they provide severance. They offer unlimited PTO, occasional team lunches and social events, and many other positives.

      Cons

      This was one of my most favorite roles I have ever held and I have nothing bad to say.
