My supervisor was always willing to work with me despite my health issues. Same schedule every day with same hours every week Training personel was always willing to help.
Cons
30 min lunch Not being able to help my customers more or be able to actually compensate or communicate with them on as to why rent was being raised Having to work on holidays Company policies need to be updated Training could be more acute No raises. Not being recognized by any above personel Not having the staff to ensure customers are taken care of. I had the biggest property with 780 units and there were definitely days that it was impossible to keep all customers happy such as auction day and first month move outs and having to take care trash and maintain property just needs to have better coverage
