Pros

The kids and coworkers and a few leaders.

Cons

Long hours especially for the kids and no appreciation for teachers hard work Co teacher model but I saw a co worker teaching alone once her co teacher was fired for the whole year observations were like you had two scholars who were off task as if that was horrible, especially if every other scholar was listening. most of the leadership left before the year was out hardly any staff that ended the school year came back the following Lack of support Lack of good coaching This place wants you work miracles with children that have needs that cant be met within the classroom We never even had a 2nd grade team leader the entire year I literally had no coach for 6 months. then the principal had to do it along with everything else. This wasn't a good experience AT ALL!!!!! I would never want to send my sons to this school! RUN FAR AWAY!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your experience at Boys Prep. We appreciate your service to the organization and apologize that your time with us left a negative impression. We are excited to have a new leadership team at Boys Prep as we kick off the 2018-2019 school year and hope that the campus will experience a smoother school year with the opening of the new building. We're looking forward to monitoring the progress of Boys Prep and all of our schools as the school year progresses. Wishing you well!

Pros

Coworkers worked really hard to make it a functioning school, but often bend to the will of the network. Kids were great, just need someone who understands them.

Cons

Corporatized schooling, clearly teaching children to test and little else, absolutely no social-emotional learning.
