      Pros

      - REMOTE!!! - Co-Workers have been great to me and I've developed such a great relationship with them - Theres always a new opportunity or challenge that comes up (prevents burn out)

      Cons

      - Very fast paced work environment - Pay negotiation is very difficult ("Let me connect with my higher up about this" "We're working on something" but go months with no follow up)

      Pros

      - They have been focusing and investing in work/life balance much more compared to previous years - They continue to make positive changes since I originally started - REMOTE WORK!!!!

      Cons

      - Work can get overwhelming, but that is on the client. Not the agency. - Client makes impactful decisions that have affected employment for some folks on the team
