• Some genuinely kind and supportive colleagues and a few managers who tried to create a healthier and more positive environment • Exposure to different tools, platforms, and fast-paced workflows • Good starting point for gaining broad e-commerce experience

• Very low compensation compared to the workload, expectations, and responsibilities • Unrealistic pace and pressure on employees • Little to no meaningful opportunities for personal or professional growth • Repetitive and uninspiring day-to-day work • Strong emphasis on company image and “culture,” without the internal environment reflecting that image • Strict and outdated approach to remote work and flexibility • High turnover, including many of the people who positively impacted the workplace culture • Limited recognition and support despite high expectations
