Horrendous - Anonymous employee PubNub Employee Review

We’ve got an open door policy across the exec team and to me, the CEO, so please reach out and let me know what I’m missing. We try hard to hire the best talent, and cuts, whether economically or performance driven, are definitely never “easy” nor desirable. We’ve also never, ever, penalize anyone for speaking their mind in an open door meeting, so please let me, or any other company leader, know what we can do better.
