It's hard to come up with pros. You will work endlessly, get no appreciation, and actually get insulted when you don't meet their insane expectation.
Cons
The work ambiance is horribly toxic. The culture is poor. People in leadership roles are fond of yelling. They are ridiculously rude and disrespectful. If you don't dance to their tunes, they will behave awfully. Beware!
