Pros
Free classes and collaborations with companies like Lululemon so you sometimes get free/low cost merch. Friendly (surface level) colleagues. Great for skill development. I may have mixed feelings but at the end of the day I valued my time here.
Cons
Strange cult like environment. If you get hired here you'll see what I mean. One of the requirements of the job is to "keep the energy high" on shift which means if your face doesn't look :) you will be pulled into a meeting about it. Almost like attempted thought control.... Early 6am starts Staff get 30% off shakes & food. So you make money just to pay them back said money. Pffffft
