Senior support - Senior Technical Support Engineer Psychz Networks Employee Review

I have been working at Psychz Networks close to four years. Everyone is nice and respectful. There are plenty of opportunities learn and grow your skills. The managers are always to listen and take suggestions to try to improve work flow. There is stress at times just like any other job would have. But we learn to get through it best we can.

Always running out of my favorite coffee.

I've worked for Psychz Networks for almost 6 months now. Its a family environment where I feel valued and my ideas are welcome to enhance Psychz Networks as a company and a better workplace. When I joined Psychz Networks I was trained (still learning) from one of the best in the field of dedicated servers and colocation. To me it was like learning a different language but he took the time and energy to teach me and make sure I understood the reasons behind everything. I am constantly being asked by the CEO if there's something he can help me to make my job easier. Its nice to work for a company that knows who you are and not just an employee. The atmosphere is very relaxed and stress free, I like coming in everyday knowing I can do my job without having someone micro manage. Overall it's the best place i have ever worked by far. I feel so grateful to have found Psychz Networks, a place where I can continue learning and grow within the company. - Great benefits -I have a flexible schedule where i can balance my work/life.
