Pros

Fellow Co workers are helpful and some are genuinely nice

Cons

Upper management has zero people skills, as an employee expect to be unfairly and publicly blamed for things you did not and could not have done. Also expect to be talked to as if you are a child and not an intelligent adult and for above us all management has to be right even when it's physically impossible for them to be. I for one am a logical person and as a logical person I find it utterly insulting that someone of authority would lie through their teeth just to be seen as correct. The situation was an announcement was made on Monday to not do a certain task that we always had to, said employee does not work on Monday's and was unaware of this change and there was no mention of it throughout the week. So management at the end of the week reprimanded said employee for their mistake which is not the fault of the employee because logically they were not physically there to here this announcement. Management was too adamant about the mistake being made and simply could've told the employee about the new changes. What makes it worse is she lied saying they saw the employee when announcement was made but clearly that was impossible due to the employee not working on said day. It was truly astonishing and beyond words.

Pros

Flexible hours and work from home

Cons

I was let go a few weeks before scheduled parental leave with no warning. Two other members of my team were separately laid off during their leaves earlier in the year.
