The actual clinical staff are great people who genuinely care about helping clients.

Not paying staff on time and the worst communication I have ever experienced with a company. No meeting minutes provided after company wide meetings despite multiple promises a written summary will be provided afterwards. Upper management who have no clinical background interfere with clinical matters and act in an unethical and unprofessional manner. Poor working environment, no proper internet or facilities for staff to carry out their work. No flexibility and the company doesn’t value employee wellbeing.

good practitioners - ground staff are decent humans

Worst management ever. From bullying/harassment, sexual harassment, micromanaging, racial discrimination, underpaying staff based on qualifications, unpaid Superannuation…to Upper Management defrauding NDIS. Numbers don’t add up. Dodgy business tactics Management not paying staff wages on time and knowingly can't afford staff wages yet they are still actively hiring new staff. Upper management tend to hire young practitioners that they think are naive, impressionable and stupid. Know your worth. Find employment somewhere else
