Pros
The other animators were nice to talk to. Some degree of creative freedom for what you draw.
Cons
Got in trouble for talking to other co-workers and the management cracked down on us talking to each other at all. Awful pay, usually around $400 CAD for a 4-6 minute long animation which would take around 2-3 weeks to produce working 6-8 hours a day. One project I was given was a 14 minute long animation that took me around 3 months to animate, and I was still paid the same as a regular video despite 3-4 times the amount of effort being put into it. Pay is per video being made. Despite being told that the animations we made are aimed at kids, Psych2Go produces such quality child friendly content as "5 warning signs of Sex Addiction" and "how to be extremely seductive", you are essentially having to animate videos teaching kids how to be more sexual, and how to seek out sex. Higher ups are borderline unresponsive, after getting hired for this job I had to reach out to another animator to talk to my boss because after 2 weeks my boss was still not responding to my emails.
