Pros
Very flexible work hours as long as you can manage your time well. 2 week deadline for each project and you can always ask for extension when you have a good reason to. Director gives you feedback to improve your skills.
Cons
Difficult to get immediate responses due to time zone difference and manager seems very busy. Pay can be low, but always paid on time.
