Great place to work for when you have a supporting office manager who makes everyone her priority and listens to everyone's concerns. Wonderful office atmosphere when the entire team picks up their own weight and not let the team down.

Too many clients, too many providers, too many work, and not enough staff on duty.

Worked at multiple locations and met some great people. Offer employment and training to people who have little to no experience. Decent pay. Flexible schedules. Work hard to gain respect and enjoy your time there. Overall I enjoyed it.

Communication and respect between departments is lacking at times. Can be very overworked. Issues for office staff or individual employees are not always fully addressed or acknowledged. When issues arise with providers management will always side with them regardless of situation.
