      Pros

      Owners are friendly and the job itself was great. Great perks as well.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment and Incivility. This is a mental health facility yet they handled reported workplace incivility just like statistics portray. The response was to flip it to the victim and remind them of their place. Repression. It was not handled and almost encouraged to continue.
