Stressful work made worse by structural issues that cause coworkers from different disciplines to be in conflict with one another. Gossip and juvenile behavior abounds, if you peaked in high school this might be a great place to relive your glory years. All of these things would simply be unpleasant if not for the unreasonable workload and lack of empathy by management when these unrealistic expectations are not met.
