My experiences included: poor management skills, supervisor yelling in view of other staff members, supervisor grabbing a co-worker in an aggressive manner, constantly changing job parameters and high employee turn-over. This is a money-obsessed company that has no concern for its employees; only is concerned for the next dollar coming in the door. I could go on, but I think you get the picture.
