      Pros

      Employees very friendly. Cafeteria food was decent. Location optimal.

      Cons

      Although owner claims his organization is family oriented with a spiritual influence, he does not offer paid time off for Holidays except for Christmas nor bereavement time off. Employees recognitions are minimal and does not include all departments. There is poor structure from top to bottom. Lack of effective training has resulted in front-line staff facing time management issues, poor quality of work, duplication of processes and high turnover rate.

      Pros

      Most of the floor staff is great to work with. DHS is great but corporate and the administrator needs to let her do her job!

      Cons

      When they say “we are a family here” they mean a very dysfunctional family. Administrator says he’s “got your back” only to stab you in it the next moment. Absolutely zero belief in his ability to truly lead. Very cliquey. If you are in you’re in. If you are out, you are WAY out. Covers up severe violations and behaviors. Behavior that SHOULD have gotten people fired. A very “by the book” guy unless it’s something that could negatively affect him. He does not follow HR procedures. Turnover is sky high! You hardly know the other employees because so many fail to stay. Many don’t even last through orientation.
