Pros

Not really any pros, the employees seem nice at first though. When actually working on the floor you see many residents, some are very nice.

Cons

I had quit after one one week. I got put on the night shift (11-7) after being told I would have evening shift (3-11) because I'm going to college and taking morning classes. The conditions are terrible. There are roaches and the whole building has a bad smell. Some of the residents rooms have an even worse smell no matter what you do to try to keep it clean.

Pros

Everyone is incredibly supportive and always takes the time to answer my questions. I have never felt uncomfortable or judged for being new, which has made the experience very welcoming. I’ve had the opportunity to participate in many engaging and enjoyable activities throughout the internship. Abby has been an outstanding mentor and a great resource. I truly appreciate how supportive the company is overall, and I would highly recommend this internship program to others.

Cons

I honestly have no cons.

Pros

It’s a job. Corporate is horrible

Cons

High turnover, not enough staff or PRN. They have any nurse they have working carts regardless of title. MDS-cart. Floor supervisor-cart. Skeleton crew and burn out .
