1) your "PTO" isn't really yours to use, this company will make you use your PTO every time something happens. There are NO PAID HOLIDAYS unless you use your PTO time to cover the holiday time off. Meaning if you don't have it then oh well guess your check is going to suck! 2) The people you work with are in a group. the whole company is based on who you know not what you know. if you don't fit in then your screwed. 3) The pay you receive is a joke, they are wayyyyyyyyy below normal standards for what jobs pay. 4) Benefits are no good, way to high a coast and not really worth it
