Pros

Facilities that are small and they have family like atmosphere. Close relationships are good. Patient care is good and the inside decor is ussually spectacular.

Cons

Upper management and corporate staff are "above" the front line. no one "up"there cares about the working staff. They havent had raises in 2 years but yet Mr. Pruitt flys his self and staff around in the company jet and parties on his yacht. Also, at corporate functions there is always plenty of alchol bars set up in each corner and always steak and seafood to go around. The corporate staff walk around and talk to employees like they are dogs and will call you out in front of patients and family members. They expect you to only live for the company and they do not care about your family. They lie, cheat to make things in their favor.

Pros

Everyone is incredibly supportive and always takes the time to answer my questions. I have never felt uncomfortable or judged for being new, which has made the experience very welcoming. I’ve had the opportunity to participate in many engaging and enjoyable activities throughout the internship. Abby has been an outstanding mentor and a great resource. I truly appreciate how supportive the company is overall, and I would highly recommend this internship program to others.

Cons

I honestly have no cons.

Pros

Mostly friendly coworkers and DON tries her absolute hardest. I don’t know how the admins do this every day. They do often say they’re on the verge of walkout.

Cons

Multiple administrative staff are having to cover the halls DAILY. This is in addition to your call week which can include nights and weekends on top of your 8-5. I truly do not understand how I would ever get my actual work done. Been hired a month and have not been trained the first thing regarding my role because we’re all too busy trying to take care of residents. This place literally is just struggling to survive day by day hour by hour.
