The pros abt being a CNA you will always have a job the stability and also the income and another major pro is your helping the elderly maybe making meaningful friendships and just to see a smile on they face
Cons
If a resident lies on you it’s over that’s one thing I don’t like and also the rudeness and sometimes some nurses don’t help being left on a hall alone having muiltiple residents alone without any help and it could also get messy

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We appreciate your insight and support. It truly is one family, united in making a difference.
Most of the floor staff is great to work with.
DHS is great but corporate and the administrator needs to let her do her job!
Cons
When they say “we are a family here” they mean a very dysfunctional family.
Administrator says he’s “got your back” only to stab you in it the next moment.
Absolutely zero belief in his ability to truly lead.
Very cliquey. If you are in you’re in. If you are out, you are WAY out.
Covers up severe violations and behaviors. Behavior that SHOULD have gotten people fired.
A very “by the book” guy unless it’s something that could negatively affect him.
He does not follow HR procedures.
Turnover is sky high! You hardly know the other employees because so many fail to stay. Many don’t even last through orientation.
