      Met some friends through the role.

      Cons

      Everything else, company needs a complete change to be fit for purpose. Lots of toxicity in the office too, certain managers in particular. Higher ups know about these issues, just don’t appear interested in actively addressing them regardless of how many staff they lose as a result.
