Pros
A great place to be exposed to a lot of different technologies. You can be promoted quickly if you know your stuff and suck up to management. The view from the office is really nice.
Cons
I strongly recommend that you do not work for Proxios. You will most likely regret it. The place is a revolving door. Almost no one works there more than 2 years. I left the place 3 years ago and only 3 of my non-management/non-sales coworkers remain. This is out of about 40 total employees. A lot of positions since I have left have been replaced multiple times. They are very quick to fire employees. The work/life balance is the worst I have ever experienced. You will work far more than 40 hours a week. You will be required to be on call 24/7. You will be working the entire work day without breaks and will be discouraged from taking your lunch break. All of this extra work is unpaid. Proxios' product is always breaking. It just doesn't work. This results in angry clients. I was yelled at and cursed at multiple times by simply answering the phone.
