Pros
I genuinely enjoy my day-to-day job at Proxima and the challenges my responsibilities come with. Regardless of seniority, co-workers are very generous to take the time to coach and mentor. There are plenty of great people and opportunities to make a big impact on society. This by far is the best company culture that I have worked in and this culture has remained strong even in a virtual world. I truly feel well supported and I'm fully invested in the direction that this company is moving towards.
Cons
It is difficult to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company and believe there is a lot of opportunity for career growth. However, the recent acquisition by Bain has had its growing pains, but it seems that further integration will help ease some of this uncertainty.
