      Pros

      the only thing that let me stayed for the company for years was because of the healthy environment/co-workers. it is a good training ground especially if you're still a newbie.

      Cons

      the management wouldn't value you even if you have contributed a lot in the company. the salary is also not for long-term. it is very low considering the rising economy in cebu city.

      They steal the information of their clients and sell it on the internet or sometimes to scammers so they can steal money from you. BEWARE!!!

      Pros

      - organized SOP and strict implementation - molds you to be great in Web Development through intensive training - equips you to be a better employee to handle different kinds of tasks - good working environment, they are good in hiring grounded people - great at shaping good leaders

      Cons

      - salary, very low and inconsistent yearly increase - the work becomes very repetitive - too many task loads, almost everyday OT - not so good with work life balance
