Pros

* Cares about employees and their families * Challenging unparallel work that will make you level up your skill * Friendly work environment * Timely Salary * I don't know what the others are saying but there is no OT TY here

Cons

* Depending on the account - your experience here will be either good or bad. Ask diligently when applying. * One account is structured - had good management and is overall pleasant to work in. However, there is one account where both load and management are bad which could give you a bad impression of this company. * Of all my years of experience, there is a prevalent culture of family first and being grateful - which extends even to work-related problems. Issues and challenges raised to the management will always be answered by "Just be thankful we have a job/client" or "Let's be grateful we are still here" or "Always be thankful" rather than fixing the problem outright. It's borderline mental conditioning so that is a con for me.

Pros

I love working here! Everyone is approachable and very friendly. I also appreciate the hybrid setup, as well as the company’s commitment to keeping employees safe during calamities and crises. It’s a great place to start a career in the BPO or tech industry, with competitive compensation for entry-level roles.

Cons

Employee benefits should be updated to be on par with those offered by other companies, in order to improve retention and encourage employees to stay longer.
