      Flexible hours and easy parking

      When you are hired told you will be making between $50-60K plus commission, then told you will have to be "trained first" and will only be making "$35-40K" for a few weeks then up. The owner tells you will be making 1% commission, then immediately drops it down to .05% commission per sale. It just gets worse. The CEO has less than a stellar history, just google his name.

      This review was written by an employee that was let go. The commission policy of the company is clearly explained to all sales people. It is generally around 1%, and certainly not 0.05%. Chris Stenglein is the CEO and he has a great history. Google him at your pleasure.

      Pros

      I honestly love it here. It's an open work space with a very outgoing team! The leadership team is very nice, easy to work with and super knowledgeable. I love that I am able to perform in my role and even the opportunity to work parallel with different departments to gain new skills. Our sales team takes great care of our clients and works hard to ensure the business continues to grow! I'm excited about my future here and looking forward to even more company growth!

      Cons

      No complaints but I will say ...The role is HARD WORK and each position in the company requires you to be focused and diligent. Although its a fun environment there is little room for error.
