Pros
Management would give extra hours if they were available. Close knit feel when working for them, fellow employees almost like family. Supervisors were always willing to address questions and concerns.
Cons
Sometimes extra hours had to be covered on short notice; i.e. "on-call"; However, this may not be a con in everybody's case. Some one could usually trade hours if need be.
