      All these 23 years, Providend has a very clear vision on where they want to go and the culture is clearly defined and jealousy guarded. It has a great culture with low employee turnover

      They are at the growth phase of the business and so one is expected to work hard

      Pros

      - Forward-thinking CEO - Disciplined deputy seniors in a good way - Chill internal staff and "brains" of the operation - Senior colleagues who have been through life and offer contrasted life experiences. Learn as much as you can.

      Cons

      - Lack of career progression path variety - They expect you to progress quickly which is great - No connections to established financial firms. i.e. don't treat here as a stepping stone into hard-core finance
