Pros
The benefits package are pretty decent, and the bonus structure is good. Some managers really care about their staffs well being. Schedule is relatively flexible.
Cons
Not much growth opportunities. Holidays are basically non existent for the onsite team and the office is constantly open, which burn out your on site team, but corporate is closed all those days. Takes a long time to see your work effort actually pay off in the eyes of upper management.
