*constantly firing employees *hiring new individuals all the time and the training for RLAs is absolutely horrible. There needs to be more training and specific training in dementia and Alzheimer’s. *More time needs to be offered during training besides a few days of training. The 90 days of probationary should be all training. No new hire should be by themselves after 1 to 2 weeks of “training.” *Hostile environment with the “higher ups”
