The people. The management is not honest business wise. They keep losing providers and don’t make the ones they have follow Ohio laws. The management communicates ineffectively. Too much gossip by higher ups about staff and other employees behind their backs creating a very nervous working environment. No one is immune to the backstabbing. Very negative and hostile atmosphere. Everyone constantly worried about who will be fired next or who’s quitting now.
