Disappointing left due to bad management (AVOID) - Senior Claims Representative Providence Employee Review

High stress, overworked and under paid. Dysfunctional from the top down. Only focused on revenue and not employee satisfaction. Manipulative untrustworthy management. Most everyone in my department is miserable. There is terrible training, No leadership and no coaching.
