Management turnover is high Lack of competent leadership When a team doesn't like you, pack mentality pushes you out. Higher than average turnover. Can't keep floats around long enough to keep up with the turnover of regular employees. Indirect complaints by fellow team members are usually miniscule compared to actual problems within the department; everyone will still complain about a team member anyway, even if it's a systemic problem then try to make him/her look bad. The deflection of negativity on to other individuals is commonplace, even though it is against Providence policies.
