Pros

- The organization gives you a car (but I advise you to be very careful cause this situation can add extra costs to your monthly expenses) - People there are friendly and polite.

Cons

- They are very immature in hiring people from abroad. - The company wants to hire the best and senior engineers abroad. Still, they are not willing to afford and pay a decent salary for you as a Senior employer, which means that the salary package is below average in Holland. - The relocation package is insufficient (1k Euros), and it's far away from covering the relocation expenses (travel tickets, hotels, food, and so on) nor your first month's bills over there (It's pretty expensive to live in The Netherlands). And the package is only for you; if you have a family, you need to pay for it from your pocket. - It's clear to me that the managers are always thinking on their side (from hiring to laying you off). They DON'T pay the relocation package immediately nor buy your tickets to fly to the new country. It's even worse, the recruiters ask you to pay everything upfront, and after one month over here, they pay you back. - Another situation that I thought bizarre was that they didn't "provide" me a computer(an essential device to perform my duties as a software engineer). Instead, they asked me to use my personal(that's why I say they are amateurs, a reliable company never does this). - If you're in their office while they are looking for a new project for you, it's possible that people there will ask to do many other tasks than the one you were hired to perform. - After they allocate you to a client, they almost forget about you. - Many communication mails are sent only in Dutch, which doesn't comply with the policy to speak English with ex-pats who are new in the country and don't speak the local language. - Be aware that they will offer your expertise to clients all over The Netherlands. This situation might impact your day-to-day activities, considering you'll have to relocate or travel to the companies frequently and far away. - And last but not least: The managers and owners only see the value that you bring to the company when you're leaving.

Pros

Sponsored a working visa for one year.

Cons

The values of this company are summarized in its owner, who is not watching the best scenario for his employees/clients, but takes maximum advantage of everyone, even if it means lying and trick. Also, software developers are incredibly underpaid.
