Has 2 type of employment types, one of which is the contract type which has flexible scheduling choices, the second of which has fixed scheduling that includes medical benefits. Boss is a friendly personal person. Employment terms and regulations depends on which company is the one sourcing workers. Pay arrives promptly and slip sent via email. Good for students working part time.

Not really a con, but if you are a student, and do not follow rules set by the company or the worker sourcing company, you are likely to be let go. This may not be that the company is strict, but the main hiring pool are students which may tend to be undisciplined.

Good pay and they are never late for it. Staff and boss can be really friendly.

Draconian rules. They don't schedule you according to what you gave them sometimes. However, staff and boss can be super capricious and unreasonable as well.
