Pros
Some of my fellow employees were great to work with, and we had great conversations and helped each other.
Cons
-Management from the co-founders/CEOs was not professional at all. The one CEO regularly showed an unprofessional attitude during company meetings... about other competitors. Also, it looked disheveled, which led to the feeling that the company was in disarray.
-There was weird favoritism for certain company members who had been there a while, and those "certain" people also didn't like anyone new coming onboard.
-Multiple fellow employees said they felt and could see a very awkward attitude towards them when hired.
-After receiving money from a capital infusion, they hired many people and let all the new hires go, plus some extras. They got excited and tried to scale quickly without the proper management experience. (A lot of senior management was hired and fired within six months.)
-The company offers nothing groundbreaking or unique in the ITFM space.
