- The ongoing never-ending "salary freeze" made to "keep people onboard". - Despite this, some people are being laid off from time to time - Around ~100 employees left during 2023. To my knowledge, no retention efforts were made. - Key employees, who sustained the consultancy business, have left, leaving it as a mere outstaffing company. - C-suite makes questionable business and internal decisions, leading to the disappointment of major customers. - Uncompetitive salary: some long-term employees receive less compensation than entry-level engineers. Internal equity is not a thing there.
