      Pros

      There's never a predictable day here and it seems like we are always striving for more no matter how much we have achieved already. A true start up culture, lots of fun and energy from everyone and if someone should have a down moment, everyone picks them back up which is really important in a sales environment which can often be "back-stabby" in other companies. There are clear goals and expectations and the means to achieve them. The attitude is that there is no room for failure!

      Cons

      The standards are high, which means it's not for the faint hearted, but the rewards are there so if you have the stamina to give quality work at a pace and put the hours in, it's worth it.

      Pros

      Very warm and welcoming environment to work in! Everyone is extremely friendly and approachable, with a hard working, "can-do" positive attitude. We all pull together to work as a team and the place runs like clockwork!! Working for a smaller start-up company is great, as you can see the company growing with you and your career mapping out ahead of you. :)

      Cons

      The hours can sometimes be long when there's a lot of work to do, however the gain and personal sense of achievement you get from it definitely makes up for it!! Plus when were all chatting and laughing while we work, the time flies and you don't eve notice you've stayed later!!

      Pros

      Lovely company to work for... you're treated like a person not just a number! Busy, fast-paced, professional environment however everyone pulls together as a team and still finds time to have a laugh. Very good balance between work-life and generally having fun!

      Cons

      The journey to work - Muddy country roads & having a white car - do not mix! However beautiful setting, lovely in the summer!
