      Greate people and management Fast growing and challenging environment Good benefits and vacation package Very relaxed environment no stress from management

      Cons

      There are less training opportunities more training will help grow the employees Some time longer hour of work I do feel favorism some employess which know management climb up the ladder fast

      Good Commisions, when obtained Great people Great products Easy-going atmosphere

      Cons

      Inflexible management Ridiculous sales targets / bonus levels Nepotism rampant with regards to promotions (manager's two sales friends both promoted to team leads without an open opportunity for anyone else).
