The company has a meaningful vision which is shared to the employees before joining, Each employee is welcome on the first day and the director describes the next 2 years journey. The founder director Mr. Gaurav Bhende is an enthusiastic, scholar and industry expert. Working under his guidance makes me lucky. The other team members are young and passionate.
Cons
at present it is located in semi-commercial premises. Salaries are Good but could be improved.
