      Pros

      The administration and co-workers were very nice, and the pay and benefits were good.

      Cons

      There was almost no communication or consistency. If you asked 4 administrators for the correct process/procedure you would get 4 different answers. Then if you did what one told you the other 3 would say you did it wrong.

      The team I was on communicated exceptionally well. Expectations were clear and transparent and the team worked well together.
