      Pros

      While fast-paced it was a great place to work. My team, like others, was full of competent, hard-workers. No one got left behind, everyone had a chance to learn and develop.

      Cons

      Having to leave - my partner got relo'ed with their job.

      Pros

      Very positive culture. Fair compensation for work completed. Very flexible with scheduling/PTO

      Cons

      Company does not follow employee review structure. Most raise/performance discussions must come from the employee with vigorous reminders.

      Pros

      Pay was really great and due to them being purchased by Reynolds & Reynolds they had very good benefits.

      Cons

      Supervisors are not transparent as people and they are slowly being absorbed by Reynolds. There is no LGBT support at all and i felt very out of place more than i feel i should've been. Often feel like your on an island. Brad Holton isn't the CEO but on paper.
