Adequate training if you are new to recruitment.
Cons
Very poor management, too corporate, a poor commission structure, low salaries, out dated database, no arsenal to source candidates, lack of job boards, clique members of staff who are unwelcoming, very poor compliance system which restricts you placing candidates, far too much admin which takes up majority of your work load.
