Pros
This company is the most direct and transparent company I have ever worked. They know where they are good and honest about where they need to improve. The truly care about their work and live the values they talk about everyday. They deliver effectively for their clients and do take an real caring to helping one improve their life and career.
Cons
They have two offices and will need to figure out to bring the same energy and culture to both. There interviewing of candidates is very deep and can take some time. They also will need to hire and build the team as they go -- they do a tremendous amount of volume with a smaller team 15 people -- i could see them being a juggernaut if they can build some others into the mix.
