Too Greedy and Not Focused on Internal Growth - Geotechnical Engineer Protest Engineering Employee Review

Agree with previous comment about being a management boys club. This company is too focused on buying other business so has little internal development and high turn over rate reflects this. Can be quite dodgy to get things through the door and not understanding of risks. Works grads to the ground and doesn't offer much compensation to make up for it
