      Cons

      The roads to the farm are not vehicle-friendly. Sometimes it feels like there's too much to do, but take it one step at a time.

      Pros

      Very positive work environment. Can tell ppl really care about their work and are friendly to each other. Nobody feels excluded no matter the position.

      Cons

      Working environment can be uncomfortable at times since it is a farm. No safety issues but should be prepared.
