      1.You get to work in a role that you desire.i.e if the company can support you in a role they will. 2.Work atmosphere is relaxed,colleagues are very friendly. 3.Open door policy,anybody and everybody is available for personal face-face conversation including the company president.

      Cons

      1.Health benefit package does not stand in line with most IC design houses. 2.Compromise on salary and pay benefits.

      Pros

      Started just before the great recession hit so it was good to have a job working in my field. I learned a lot about using Labview and CAD design since I was making boards for customers/presentations

      Cons

      Small company, benefits aren't great.
