7yThanks for your thoughtful comments. Indeed, just paying salary on time is a low bar, and it is concerning to see your "cons".
First one fact we can share: Out of 150+ employees in our Mumbai facility, only 6 were put on plan or asked to leave for performance reasons in the last 12 months, and in an org that doubled in size in 2 years (from 75), this is an incredibly good ratio. If somebody close to you was let go, we do regret the impact it may have had on your and your team's work, and regret if the nature of the change wasn't communicated well. As a matter of policy we do believe in "open door" regarding questions and concerns about organization. Please do feel free to ask your manager, or HR staff, if you have such questions. If discussing with your Manager or HR does not resolve the issue, do not hesitate to escalate to me.
- Regarding your other concerns, it can happen with such rapid growth in the last 2 years, senior people need to be brought into the organization, and it takes time to learn our unique and diverse technology. We have put a variety of training programs in place for this. And we are continuously improving our program management and project tracking processes so we can stay nimble and productive in a growing organization - which has led us to bring on board a team of project managers. We do believe in continuous improvement, nothing is perfect right away, so your feedback to your manager or your scrum-master on how to improve would be very welcome!
